Managing Partner
He is the principal partner of the firm. He is a graduate of the Prestigious Law faculty of the University of Nigeria. He graduated in 1991, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1992.
In the year 1993, he completed his mandatory National Youth Service Corps Scheme in Niger state. He worked with various law firms until the year 2000 when he established Chijioke Okagu & Co (now Bloomforte Law Partners). He obtained a Master of Law Degree (LL.M) from the Lagos State University Ojo (LASU) in 1998, and majored in Administrative Law and Public Policy.
He obtained his Masters Degree in International Business Law from the University of Liverpool in 2016.
He provides expert counsel on all aspects of Nigerian Corporate law, Blockchain technology, artifical intelligence, Family and Estate law, Immigration Law, Startups, international Law pratice, property transaction, due diligience and regulatory matters.
He is a member of Nigeria Bar Association Lagos branch, Member of Nigeria Bar Association, section of business Law and member of international Bar Association and a past Assitance Governor in Rotary International Oganisation. Barrister Chijioke J. Okagu has attended various seminars in different part of the world and he is rich with experience.

Odoeme Peter Ndubuisi is an associate in the firm. He graduated from foremost and prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State in 2010. He attended the Enugu Campus of the Nigerian Law School where he obtained his B.L in 2012. In 2012, he was mobilized for the National Youth service Corps (NYSC) and was posted to Ogun State.
He did his NYSC primary assignment in the Ministry of Justice, Ogun State. After the NYSC programme he came back to Lagos, where he joined J.C. Onyeakpa & Co. as counsel-in-chambers. A position he held until late 2013 when he became the head of chambers. He further obtained his masters of law (LL.M) degree from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife in 2015. He joined Bloomforte Law Partners in September 2015.

Gloria Ifemeludike is an Associate in the firm. She graduated from the Lagos State University, Ojo in 2005 and was called to bar in 2007. She has worked with B.O. Opaleye & Co. (Law firm) in Apapa and Glenville Solicitors in Festac.
She joined Bloomforte Law Partners in 2010. She is presently pursuing her Master of Law (LLM) at Lagos State University Ojo, Lagos. She is a member of the Ikeja Branch of the Nigerian Bar Association.
